Mr. Billy Dominguez the proud owner of this establishment started this project after seeing the importance this service provides to all who benefit from potable water and the importance that it portrays in our daily lives as well.

Backflow Certifications Inc was licensed by the State of Florida on February of the year 2000. We have become one of the most recognized and respected testing companies within our profession. It’s now where we have expanded to different cities and counties throughout the State of Florida providing this service and spending time educating our customers and the public on the importance that his service portrays and the health risk that it protects you from.
